| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa and MasterCard card payments in GB Pounds through the paypal system. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. | Returns Policy Please note we are not able to accept items for return which are designed to be worn next to the skin due to hygiene reasons. This includes items such as jewellery sets, lingerie etc In the event that you should need to return goods to us, you must obtain an authorisation number from us. No goods will be returnable without this, to obtain this number contact us on 01784-255621. When returning goods to us, the cost of postage and shipping is your responsibility unless the goods were damaged or faulty on receipt, or through our own error you received the wrong goods. You are responsible for the goods until they have been received back to us and we take no responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit from you. Therefore we recommend that you return goods using a method that gives you proof of despatch and receipt. Refunds and exchanges will only be authorised for goods returned in their original packaging and condition. (Includes, but is not limited to: all original labelling still attached, packaging intact, no smoke smells, fake tan, dirty marks, alterations, signs of wear on shoe soles, signs of hair spray on tiaras.)
